Installation [12/2019 - 10/2021]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL POWER SEAT TILT MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the power seat tilt motor assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf/cm, 44 in.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Bolt (A) is shorter than bolt (B). Make sure to install them to the correct positions.

  2. INSTALL POWER SEAT LIFTER MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the power seat lifter motor assembly.
      1. Install the front seat vertical housing sub-assembly.

        *a Stud Bolt of the Front Seat Vertical Housing Sub-assembly
        *b Hole of the Front Seat Adjuster Assembly
        *c Front Seat Vertical Housing Sub-assembly
        *d Front Seat Adjuster Assembly
        NOTE:
        • Make sure to insert the stud bolt of the front seat vertical housing sub-assembly into the hole of the front seat adjuster assembly as shown in the illustration.
        • Make sure to position the front seat adjuster assembly so that when the front seat vertical housing sub-assembly is installed, their gears will be positioned as shown in the illustration.
      2. Install the vertical adjuster spacer.

      3. Install the front seat adjuster plate with the 3 nuts.

        Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf/cm, 44 in.lbf) 

        NOTE:

        Tighten the nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  4. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH (for LH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  5. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  6. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 37

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 38

  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT FRONT CUSHION SHIELD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 41

  10. CONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 42

  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [12/2019 - 10/2022]
