Removal [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PANEL LH 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear door scuff panel LH.
  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HV BATTERY INTAKE COVER 
    1. Disengage the claw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 1 HV battery intake cover from the No. 3 hybrid battery intake duct.
  3. REMOVE NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE FILTER 

    HINT: 

    If the message "Maintenance Required for Traction Battery Cooling Parts See Owner's Manual" is displayed on the multi-information display, inspect the No. 2 HV battery intake filter.

    Refer to INSPECTION [12/2019 - ] 

    1. Disengage the claw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 HV battery intake filter from the No. 1 HV battery intake cover as shown in the illustration.
