Installation [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

1. Install the heater water pump assembly with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 9.8 N.m (100 kgf/cm, 87 in.lbf) 

   HINT: 

   Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

2. Connect the connector.

1. Align the markings on heater water hose B and heater water pump assembly as shown in the illustration and engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.
   NOTE:

   Do not apply excessive force to the water hose.

   *d	Clip Installation Angle (26.8 to 33.2°)

1. Connect the heater water hose A with the marking facing down and engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.
   NOTE:

   Do not apply excessive force to the water hose.

2. Engage the 2 claws to connect the hose clamp and wire harness.
