- INSPECT PTC HEATER RELAY (w/ PTC Heater)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*a Component without harness connected
(PTC Heater Relay)Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher 3 - 5 Battery voltage is applied between terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the PTC heater relay.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING WATER PUMP RELAY (w/ Stop And Start System)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(Air Conditioning Water Pump Relay)Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher 3 - 5 Battery voltage is applied between terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the air conditioning water pump relay.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT MAGNET-CLUTCH RELAY (for Gasoline Model)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(Magnet-clutch Relay)Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher 3 - 5 Battery voltage is applied between terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the magnet-clutch relay.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
