Removal [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT FRONT CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH (for Power Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

  9. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  10. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  11. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  13. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  15. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH (for Manual Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  16. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH 
    WARNING:

    When storing the front seat cushion airbag assembly RH, keep the airbag deployment side facing upward.

    Deployment Side
    1. Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts.
      NOTE:
      • Do not reuse the nuts.
      • Make sure that the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly is not deformed. If it is deformed, replace it with a new one.
    3. Pass the airbag wire harness through the hole to remove the front seat cushion airbag assembly RH.
