Inspection [12/2019 - 10/2022]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT PASSENGER AIRBAG ON/OFF INDICATOR (TELLTALE LIGHT ASSEMBLY) (for 8 Inch Display) 
    1. Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator (telltale light assembly) condition.

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Passenger Airbag ON/OFF Indicator (Telltale Light Assembly))

      OK

      Connection Result
      Battery positive (+) - 1 (IG+)
      Battery negative (-) - 5 (PAON)      		 "ON" comes on
      Battery positive (+) - 1 (IG+)
      Battery negative (-) - 6 (P-AB)      		 "OFF" comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator (telltale light assembly).

  2. INSPECT PASSENGER AIRBAG ON/OFF INDICATOR (TELLTALE LIGHT ASSEMBLY) (for 12.3 Inch Display) 
    1. Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator (telltale light assembly) condition.

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Passenger Airbag ON/OFF Indicator (Telltale Light Assembly))
      Light A (ON)
      Light B (OFF)

      OK

      Connection Result
      Battery positive (+) - 1 (IG+)
      Battery negative (-) - 5 (PAON)      		 "ON" comes on
      Battery positive (+) - 1 (IG+)
      Battery negative (-) - 6 (P-AB)      		 "OFF" comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator (telltale light assembly).
