Disassembly [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.
    2. Remove the grommet from the brake booster assembly.
  2. REMOVE VACUUM WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Stop and Start System) 
    1. Remove the vacuum warning switch assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the grommet from the brake booster assembly.
  3. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Stop and Start System) 
    1. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the grommet from the brake booster assembly.
