Installation [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL VOLTAGE INVERTER ASSEMBLY (for HV Model) 
  2. INSTALL NO. 2 VOLTAGE INVERTER BRACKET (for HV Model) 
    1. Install the No. 2 voltage inverter bracket with the 2 bolts.
  3. INSTALL VOLTAGE INVERTER BRACKET (for HV Model) 
    1. Install the voltage inverter bracket with the 2 bolts.
  4. INSTALL VOLTAGE INVERTER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for HV Model) 
    1. Install the voltage inverter assembly with bracket with the 3 nuts.

      Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

    2. Connect the connector (C).
    3. Connect the connector (A), connector (B) and slide the green-colored lock as shown in the illustration to securely lock it.

      WARNING:

      Make sure to wear insulated gloves.

      NOTE:

      Make sure that the connector is connected securely.

  5. INSTALL INVERTER UPPER COVER (for HV Model) 
    1. Install the inverter upper cover with the 4 nuts.

      Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf) 

  6. INSTALL VOLTAGE INVERTER ASSEMBLY (for Gasoline Model) 
    1. Connect the connector.
    2. Install the voltage inverter assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [12/2019 - ]

  8. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP (for HV Model) 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [12/2019 - 11/2023] , or refer to INSTALLATION [11/2023 - ]
