Removal [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 4 clips and guide in the order shown in the illustration to remove the No. 2 console box cushion.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 4 clips and guide in the order shown in the illustration to remove the console box cushion.

  3. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 clips as shown in the illustration to remove the front console box cover.

  4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    for UA81E / UA81F: Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

    for P810: Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 5 clips as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    4. Disconnect each connector to remove the console panel sub-assembly.
  6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CUP HOLDER 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the console box cup holder.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 10 clips and guide as shown in the illustration to remove the No. 1 lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 10 clips and guide as shown in the illustration to remove the No. 2 lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 clips and guide as shown in the illustration to remove the No. 1 instrument panel garnish sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 clips and guide as shown in the illustration to remove the No. 2 instrument panel garnish sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE LOWER BOX 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws, 4 clips and 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the rear console lower box.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws, clip and 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect each connector to remove the No. 2 console box hole cover.
  13. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 screws.

    2. Disconnect each connector.
    3. Pull the console box assembly to disengage the 4 guides and remove the console box assembly as shown in the illustration.
