Installation [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL BATTERY STATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the battery state sensor assembly to the battery current sensor holder.
    2. Engage the wire harness clamp.
    3. Connect the battery state sensor assembly connector.
    4. Install the battery state sensor assembly to the auxiliary battery and tighten the nut.

      Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf) 

    5. Connect the No. 2 frame wire to the battery state sensor assembly with the nut.

      Torque: 7.6 N.m (77 kgf/cm, 67 in.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  3. INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL 

    HINT: 

    When disconnecting and reconnecting the auxiliary battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
