Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU Communication Stop Mode [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU BRANCH LINE) 
    1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
    2. Disconnect the H67 hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H67-9 (CA1H) - H67-22 (CA1L) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω

  2. CHECK ECU POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT 
    1. Check the ECU power source circuit.

      Refer to ECU Power Source Circuit [11/2023 - ]

    REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

    Result:

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
