NOTE:

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following procedure.

HINT: 

The TAIL relay supplies power to the instrument panel illuminations. If all the lights that use power from the TAIL relay do not turn on, check the "Instrument Panel Illumination does not Turn On" first.
