DCM Data Signal Circuit between Radio Receiver and DCM [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) - RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Disconnect the H11 and c7 DCM (telematics transceiver) connector.
    2. Disconnect the H108 and c6 radio and display receiver assembly connector.
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H11-15 (USBV) - H108-18 (USBV) Always Below 1 Ω
      H11-31 (USBG) - H108-17 (USBG) Always Below 1 Ω
      H11-17 (VOT+) - H108-15 (VOR+) Always Below 1 Ω
      H11-33 (VOT-) - H108-16 (VOR-) Always Below 1 Ω
      c7-1 (US4+) - c6-2 (USB+) Always Below 1 Ω
      c7-2 (US4-) - c6-1 (USB-) Always Below 1 Ω
      c7-3 (UGD4) - c6-3 (USBS) Always Below 1 Ω
      H11-15 (USBV) or H108-18 (USBV) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H11-31 (USBG) or H108-17 (USBG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H11-17 (VOT+) or H108-15 (VOR+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H11-33 (VOT-) or H108-16 (VOR-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H108-4 (SGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      c7-1 (US4+) or c6-2 (USB+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      c7-2 (US4-) or c6-1 (USB-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      c7-3 (UGD4) or c6-3 (USBS) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
