  2. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE 
    1. Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the ignition switch off.

      Standard voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding to the next step.

  3. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Using the GTS, check for CAN communication system DTCs.

      For HV Model: Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [11/2023 - ]

      For Gasoline Model: Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [11/2023 - ]

      CAN DTCs are output B

  4. CHECK POWER INTEGRATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Use the GTS to check if the power integration system is functioning normally.

      Body Electrical > Power Distribution Box > Trouble Codes

  5. CHECK FOR DTC* 
    1. Check for DTCs and make a note of any codes that are output.

      Body Electrical > Main Body > Trouble Codes 

    2. Clear the DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Main Body > Clear DTCs 

    3. Recheck for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Main Body > Trouble Codes
