Mirror Heater does not Operate with Rear Defogger Switch [11/2023 - ]: Description

  1. When the mirror heater switch (rear window defogger switch) is operated, the MIR HTR relay drive request signal is sent to the air conditioning amplifier assembly and then to main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) via CAN communication. When the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) receives the MIR HTR relay drive request signal, it sends a mirror heater operation signal to the power distribution box assembly.

    Based on this signal, the power distribution box assembly operates the mirror heaters.
