REPLACE VEHICLE APPROACHING SPEAKER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]

1. Disconnect the A50 vehicle approaching speaker controller connector.
2. Disconnect the A12 vehicle approaching speaker assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A12-2 - A50-7 (SP+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A12-1 - A50-8 (SP-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A12-2 or A50-7 (SP+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   A12-1 or A50-8 (SP-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

OK 

REPLACE VEHICLE APPROACHING SPEAKER CONTROLLER. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - 11/2023]
