  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (ENGINE) 
    1. Check for DTCs.

      Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      No DTCs are output, or DTCs except the ones in the table below are also output. A
      Any of the following DTCs are also output. B

      P0335-11 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Short to Ground
      P0335-15 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Short to Battery or Open
      P0335-2A Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Signal Stuck in Range
      P0335-31 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" No Signal
    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

  7. INSPECT HYBRID VEHICLE TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check that the hybrid transaxle fluid level is not extremely low.

      Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [12/2019 - 11/2023]

    2. Drain the hybrid transaxle fluid.

      Refer to REPLACEMENT [12/2019 - ]

    3. Check that the hybrid transaxle fluid is not contaminated by foreign matter.

      OK

      - The hybrid transaxle fluid level is not extremely low.

      - No foreign matter in the hybrid transaxle fluid. Result:
