DTC B141A-11: Room Temperature Sensor Circuit Short to Ground [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Clear DTCs

Pre-procedure1

1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Disconnect the room temp. sensor (cooler thermistor) connector.

3. Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 4 seconds or more.

1. Disconnect the H55 room temp. sensor (cooler thermistor) connector.
2. Disconnect the H63 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

   Procedure1

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   H55-1 (+) or H63-5 (TR) - Other terminals and body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H55-2 (-) or H63-3 (SG-1) - Other terminals and body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
