DTC B15C1-11: GNSS Antenna Circuit Short to Ground; DTC B15C1-13: GNSS Antenna Circuit Open [11/2024 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 10 seconds or more.
4. Turn the GTS on.
5. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs 

6. Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   No DTCs are output.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK

1. Disconnect the antenna connector from the telephone and GPS antenna cord (telephone and GPS antenna (for Front Side)).

2. Disconnect the antenna connector from the DCM (telematics transceiver).

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D-3 - B-1 (GPS)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   D-3a - B-1a	Always	Below 1 Ω
   D-3 or B-1 (GPS) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

REPLACE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORD (ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY) 

Refer to REMOVAL [11/2024 - ]

Result: 

OK

1. Replace the telephone and GPS antenna (for Front Side) with a known good one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

2. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs 

3. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   No DTCs are output.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

END (TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA (FOR FRONT SIDE) IS DEFECTIVE)

1. Replace the DCM (telematics transceiver) with a new one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

   NOTE:

   • The ignition switch must be off.
   • Do not exchange the DCM (telematics transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
