Removal [11/2024 - ]: Procedure
- REMOVE SYMBOL EMBLEM
- REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR NAME PLATE (w/o 25th Edition)
- Apply protective tape around the No. 2 luggage compartment door name plate as shown in the illustration.
*a Wooden Block *b Piano Wire 
Protective Tape - Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 2 luggage compartment door name plate.
- Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
- Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 2 luggage compartment door name plate to the back door panel.NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the back door panel.
- Apply protective tape around the No. 2 luggage compartment door name plate as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE VEHICLE NAME SERIES EMBLEM (w/ 25th Edition)
- Apply protective tape around the vehicle name series emblem as shown in the illustration.

Protective Tape - Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and vehicle name series emblem.
- Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
- Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the vehicle name series emblem to the back door panel.NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the back door panel.
- Apply protective tape around the vehicle name series emblem as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR NAME PLATE (for HV Model)
- Apply protective tape around the No. 1 luggage compartment door name plate as shown in the illustration.

Protective Tape - Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 1 luggage compartment door name plate.
- Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
- Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 1 luggage compartment door name plate to the back door panel.NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the back door panel.
- Apply protective tape around the No. 1 luggage compartment door name plate as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE NO. 5 BACK DOOR NAME PLATE
- Apply protective tape around the No. 5 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.

Protective Tape - Insert a piano wire between the back door panel and No. 5 back door name plate.
- Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
- Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 5 back door name plate to the back door panel.NOTE:

- Apply protective tape around the No. 5 back door name plate as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE NO. 4 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR NAME PLATE (for AWD)
- Apply protective tape around the No. 4 luggage compartment door name plate as shown in the illustration.

- Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

- REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT DOOR NAME PLATE (for HV Model)
- Apply protective tape around the No. 2 front door name plate as shown in the illustration.

- Apply protective tape around the No. 2 front door name plate as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR NAME PLATE (for HV Model)
- Apply protective tape around the front door name plate as shown in the illustration.
