Removal [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT COVER 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and guide as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the rear combination light cover as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply protective tape around the rear combination light sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Protective Tape
    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Pull the rear combination light sub-assembly toward the rear of the vehicle as shown in the illustration to disengage the pin and 3 guides and separate the rear combination light sub-assembly.

      Remove in this Direction
      NOTE:

      To prevent the rear combination light sub-assembly from falling when disengaging the pin and 3 guides, make sure to hold the rear combination light sub-assembly.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides.

    5. Disconnect 3 connectors to remove the rear combination light sub-assembly.
  3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

  4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER UPPER RETAINER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  5. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT CORD 
    1. Disconnect the connector to remove the rear combination light cord.
