Removal [12/2019 - 10/2022]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23 [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23 [09/2020 - 10/2022]

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for ACIS) 
    1. Disconnect the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) connector.

    2. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hose sub-assemblies from the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS).
    3. Remove the bolt and No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) from the intake air surge tank assembly.
