Removal [10/2022 - 11/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]

  2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - 11/2023]

  3. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 39

  4. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX INSERT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 41

  5. REMOVE NO. 4 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts.

      Front
    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the No. 4 air duct sub-assembly.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to deform or damage the lower heater case of the air conditioner unit assembly when removing the No. 4 air duct sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE PARKING ASSIST ECU WITH BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  7. REMOVE HEATER COVER 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the clamp.
    3. Remove the screw.

    4. Disengage the claw and the 2 guides to remove the heater cover.
  8. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the quick heater assembly as shown in the illustration.
