  1. CHECK 4WD ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Measure the voltage and resistance of the connector.

      M41-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      M41-2 (BSLC) - M41-1 (GND) 4WD ECU assembly power supply Always 11 to 14 V
      M41-3 (TNF) - M41-1 (GND) No. 1 4 wheel drive position switch input Ignition switch ON 0.5 to 4.5 V
      M41-4 (TNR) - M41-1 (GND) No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch input Ignition switch ON 0.5 to 4.5 V
      M41-5 (SLF+) - M41-1 (GND) Front 4WD linear solenoid (transfer assembly) (+) output Ignition switch ON 2.2 to 11.2 V
      M41-6 (SLF-) - M41-1 (GND) Front 4WD linear solenoid (transfer assembly) (-) output Ignition switch ON 2.2 to 11.2 V
      M41-9 (PS-) - M41-1 (GND) Transmission revolution sensor input Ignition switch ON 0.2 to 3.9 V
      M41-11 (TVCF) - M41-1 (GND) No. 1 4 wheel drive position switch power supply output Ignition switch ON 4.5 to 5.5 V
      M41-13 (THR+) - M41-1 (GND) Temperature sensor (+) input Ignition switch ON 0.5 to 4.5 V
      M41-14 (TER) - M41-1 (GND) No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch ground Always Below 10 Ω
      M41-15 (TVCR) - M41-1 (GND) No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch power supply output Ignition switch ON 4.5 to 5.5 V
