DTC C13E0-1C: 4WD/AWD Clutch "B" Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Circuit Voltage Out of Range [12/2019 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT No. 2 4 WHEEL DRIVE POSITION SWITCH
- Remove the No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch.
Refer to DISASSEMBLY [12/2019 - ]
- Connect 3 1.5 V dry batteries in series.
- Connect a positive (+) lead from the batteries to terminal 1 (TVCR) and a negative (-) lead to terminal 3 (TER).

(No. 2 4 Wheel Drive Position Switch)*c Piece of Metal - Move a piece of metal close to the edge of the No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch, and then move it away and check that the resistance changes.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 (TNR) - 3 (TER) Low (Move piece of metal away) 150 to 620 Ω 2 (TNR) - 3 (TER) High (Move piece of metal closer) 1.1 to 6.2 kΩ Result

REPLACE No. 2 4 WHEEL DRIVE POSITION SWITCH. Refer to DISASSEMBLY [12/2019 - ]

- Remove the No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (4WD ECU ASSEMBLY - No. 2 4 WHEEL DRIVE POSITION SWITCH)
- Disconnect the M41 4WD ECU assembly connector.
- Disconnect the s6 No. 2 4 wheel drive position switch connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
