AWD Control Switch Circuit [12/2019 - 10/2022]: Procedure

1. Simultaneously display the "Off-road Mode Selection Signal" four wheel drive Data List item and the "Off-road Guidance Status" engine Data List item.
2. According to the display on the GTS, read the Data List.

3. Operate the multi-terrain select switch (No. 1 pattern select switch assembly) and check that the Data List display and multi-information display message change according to switch operation.

REPLACE MULTI-TERRAIN SELECT SWITCH (NO. 1 PATTERN SELECT SWITCH ASSEMBLY)

1. Disconnect the M42 4WD ECU assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the P10 multi-terrain select switch (No. 1 pattern select switch assembly) connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
