DTC C1AE8-96: Ultrasonic Sensor (Rear Right Center) Component Internal Failure [12/2019 - 11/2023]: Description

The rear center ultrasonic sensor RH is installed on the rear bumper. The clearance warning ECU assembly detects obstacles based on signals it receives from the rear center ultrasonic sensor RH. If an open circuit or other malfunction occurs in the rear center ultrasonic sensor RH, the rear center ultrasonic sensor RH does not operate correctly.
