Terminals Of Ecu [11/2023 - ]

  1. CHECK SLIDING ROOF ECU (SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the R19 sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      R19-12 (E) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      1. *1: for HV Model
      2. *2: for Gasoline Model
    3. Reconnect the R19 sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      R19-5 (CLS) - R19-12 (E) Sliding roof close switch input signal Ignition switch ON, sliding roof close switch on Below 1 V
      R19-5 (CLS) - R19-12 (E) Sliding roof close switch input signal Ignition switch ON, sliding roof close switch off 11 to 14 V
      R19-2 (TILT) - R19-12 (E) Sliding roof tilt switch input signal Ignition switch ON, sliding roof tilt switch on Below 1 V
      R19-2 (TILT) - R19-12 (E) Sliding roof tilt switch input signal Ignition switch ON, sliding roof tilt switch off 11 to 14 V
      R19-4 (CLS) - R19-12 (E) Roof sunshade close switch input signal Ignition switch ON, roof sunshade close switch on Below 1 V
      R19-4 (CLS) - R19-12 (E) Roof sunshade close switch input signal Ignition switch ON, roof sunshade close switch off 11 to 14 V
      R19-6 (OPN) - R19-12 (E) Roof sunshade open switch input signal Ignition switch ON, roof sunshade open switch on Below 1 V
      R19-6 (OPN) - R19-12 (E) Roof sunshade open switch input signal Ignition switch ON, roof sunshade open switch off 11 to 14 V
  2. CHECK ROOF SUNSHADE ECU (SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the R20 roof sunshade ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the R20 roof sunshade ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
