On-Vehicle Inspection [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK AIR DUCT 
    1. Check that the air ducts of the seat climate control blower and seatback climate control blower are not cracked or damaged and are installed correctly.
  2. CHECK CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM 
    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
    2. Check that each seat climate control blower and seatback climate control blower operates when the climate control switch (air conditioning control assembly) is turned on.
    3. Check that each seat climate control blower and seatback climate control blower operates when the seat heater switch signal on in the radio receiver assembly.
    4. Check that the seat blower volume changes according to the operation of the climate control switch (air conditioning control assembly) as follows: HI → MID → LO.
