Terminals Of Ecu [10/2022 - 11/2023]

  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    *a This connector is not used by the seat heater system. Refer to Air Conditioning System. - -
    1. Disconnect the H62 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      H62-6 (IG+) - H62-17 (GND) IG power supply Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V

      Always*2      		 11 to 14 V
      H62-17 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      1. *1: for HV Model
      2. *2: for Gasoline Model
    3. Reconnect the H62 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulses generation according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Ignition switch ON
      • Front seat heater switch (air conditioning control assembly) on (LO) (heater position)

      • Ignition switch ON
      • Front seat heater switch (air conditioning control assembly) on (LO) (heater position)
      		 Below 1 V
      H64-23 (SM2R) - H62-17 (GND) Rear seat heater control signal
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Rear seat heater switch (Air conditioning control assembly No. 2) (RH) on
      		 Below 1 V
      H64-24 (SM2L) - H62-17 (GND) Rear seat heater control signal
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Rear seat heater switch (Air conditioning control assembly No. 2) (LH) on
      		 Below 1 V
      H62-7 (LIN1) - Body ground Seat heater switch signal Ignition switch ON Pulse generation
  2. CHECK FRONT SEAT HEATER SWITCH (AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the H27 front seat heater switch (air conditioning control assembly) connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the H27 front seat heater switch (air conditioning control assembly) connector.
    4. Check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK REAR SEAT HEATER SWITCH (AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY NO. 2) 

    for HV Model: Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU [10/2022 - 11/2023]

    for Gasoline Model: Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU [10/2022 - 11/2023]
