DTC C0635-17: Brake Pressure Sensor "G" Circuit Voltage Above Threshold [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK BRAKE PEDAL 
    1. Check that the brake pedal and the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly are properly installed and that the pedal can be depressed normally.
    2. Check and adjust the brake pedal height.

      Refer to ADJUSTMENT [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to ADJUSTMENT [10/2022 - ]

    3. Adjust the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly.

      Refer to INSTALLATION [12/2019 - 11/2023] , or refer to INSTALLATION [11/2023 - ]

  2. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Clear DTCs 

    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

  3. RECONFIRM DTC 
    1. Based on the Freeze Frame Data and interview with the customer, attempt to reproduce the conditions when the malfunction occurred.
    2. Check if the same DTC is output.

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Trouble Codes
