Inspection [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Illumination Inspection
      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the rear combination light assembly LH and check that the lights illuminate.

        *a Component without harness connected
        (Rear Combination Light Assembly LH)

        OK

        TAILLIGHT AND SIDE MARKER LIGHT

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 2 (TL)
        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 3 (E)        		 Taillight and side marker light illuminate

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light assembly LH, rear combination light cord or tail light LED.

        OK

        STOP LIGHT

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 4 (STP)
        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 3 (E)        		 Stop light illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light assembly LH, rear combination light cord or stop light LED.

  2. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Illumination Inspection
      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the rear combination light assembly RH and check that the lights illuminate.

        OK

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light assembly RH, rear combination light cord or tail light LED.

        STOP LIGHT

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 4 (STP)
        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 3 (E)        		 Stop light illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light assembly RH, rear combination light cord or stop light LED.
