Image from Camera for Parking Assist Monitor is Abnormal [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the H129 radio and display receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the W32 rear television camera assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   H129-2 (GB+) - W32-4 (CB+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H129-4 (GVO+) - W32-6 (CV+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H129-1 (GGND) - W32-3 (CGND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H129-3 (GVO-) - W32-5 (CV-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H129-2 (GB+), W32-4 (CB+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H129-4 (GVO+), W32-6 (CV+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H129-1 (GGND), W32-3 (CGND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H129-3 (GVO-), W32-5 (CV-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

1. Disconnect the W32 rear television camera assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   W32-5 (CV-) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   W32-3 (CGND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   W32-4 (CB+) - Body ground	Ignition switch ACC	6 to 9 V
   	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

OK

1. Replace the rear television camera assembly with a new or known good one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [11/2023 - ]

2. Check if the same malfunction reoccurs when the rear view monitor screen is displayed.

   OK

   Malfunction does not reoccur (returns to normal).
