DTC B15D5: Rear Seat Entertainment System Disconnected [12/2019 - 10/2022]: Description

For 8 Inch Display:

The radio and display receiver assembly and television display assembly are connected by the AVC-LAN communication line.

This DTC is stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the radio and display receiver assembly and television display assembly.

For 12.3 Inch Display:

The radio receiver assembly and television display assembly are connected by the AVC-LAN communication line.

This DTC is stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the radio receiver assembly and television display assembly.

B15D5 Rear Seat Entertainment System Disconnected When either condition below is met:
  • The television display assembly is/was not connected while the ignition switch is/was ON or ACC
  • Communication between the master unit and the television display assembly is not possible when the engine*1 or hybrid system*2 is started
  • Television display assembly power source circuit
  • AVC-LAN circuit between master unit and television display assembly
  • Television display assembly
  • Radio and display receiver assembly (for 8 Inch Display)
  • Radio receiver assembly (for 12.3 Inch Display)
  • Harness or connector
