DTC P2796-14: Electromagnetic Oil Pump Circuit Open [10/2022 - ]: Description

P2796-14 Electromagnetic Oil Pump Circuit Open Both of the following conditions are met for 1.84 seconds or more (2 trip detection logic):
  • During oil pump with solenoid assembly preliminary check: First time vehicle speed reaches 2 km/h (1.2 mph) or higher once per driving cycle (Tr1: On, Tr2: Off).
  • EGND terminal voltage below 1 V.
  • Wire harness or connector
  • Transmission wire
  • oil pump with solenoid assembly
  • Engine stop and start ECU
