Inspection [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Front Seat Cushion Heater Assembly RH)

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      B-1 - B-2 Seat heater temperature 20°C (68°F) 3.28 to 3.92 Ω
      e8-2 - B-2 Seat heater temperature 20°C (68°F) Below 1 Ω
      e8-4 - e8-5 Seat heater temperature 20°C (68°F) 11.94 to 12.24 kΩ
      e8-2 - e8-6 Seat heater temperature 20°C (68°F) Below 1 Ω
      e8-1 - e8-2 Seat heater temperature 20°C (68°F) 3.19 to 3.83 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat cushion heater assembly RH.
