Reassembly [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH with the 4 nuts.

      Torque: 29 N.m (296 kgf/cm, 21 ft.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL BRACKET LH 
    1. Install the front inner seat track upper rail bracket LH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 29 N.m (296 kgf/cm, 21 ft.lbf) 

  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Temporarily install the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Temporarily install the 4 bolts.
    3. Tighten the 4 bolts while pulling the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf)

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 RECLINING CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Install the No. 2 reclining control link sub-assembly LH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf) 

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Install the No. 1 reclining control link sub-assembly LH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf) 

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE 
    1. Route the rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration and engage the clamp.

    2. Engage the 10 clamps and cable clamp to install the rear seat reclining control cable.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Route the rear No. 1 seat track control cable assembly LH as shown in the illustration and engage the 2 clamps.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 seat track control cable assembly LH with the 2 wire harness clamps.
  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH

      1. Engage the 7 clamps to install the rear seat wire LH.

      1. Engage the 8 clamps to install the rear seat wire LH.
  9. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION HINGE UPPER COVER RH 
    1. Engage the claw and guide as shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion hinge upper cover RH.

  10. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION HINGE UPPER COVER LH 
    1. Engage the claw and guide as shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion hinge upper cover LH.

  19. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 

    HINT: 

    When installing a separate type rear seatback cover, refer to precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    Refer to PRECAUTION [12/2019 - ]

    1. Engage the 6 claws to install the separate type rear seatback cover to the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

  20. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.
    2. Engage the hook.
