Reassembly [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    When installing a No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    1. Engage the 14 claws.

      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

    2. Engage the 19 hooks to install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL RECLINING CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) 
    1. Install the reclining control link sub-assembly LH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf) 

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST GUIDE (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and guide to install the rear seat headrest guide.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) 
    1. Install the No. 2 seat headrest assembly with the 3 nuts.

      Torque: 14 N.m (143 kgf/cm, 10 ft.lbf) 

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) 
    1. Route the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly LH as shown in the illustration and engage the clamp.

    2. Engage the 4 clamps to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) 
    1. Route the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 4 clamps to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the claw, clip and guide as shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

    1. Engage the claw and guide as shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

    1. Engage the claw and guide as shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 2 seat No. 2 reclining cover LH.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL LH (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the 9 claws as shown in the illustration to install the No. 2 reclining remote control bezel LH.

    1. Install the rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) 

    HINT: 

    When installing a No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH, refer to precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    1. Engage the 10 claws to install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH to the No. 2 seatback pad LH.

  13. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH (for LH Side)

    2. Install the rear seatback protector with the screw.
  30. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) 

    HINT:

    1. Install the rear seat belt hook as shown in the illustration.
