Removal [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  5. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  7. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  8. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  9. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  10. DISCONNECT NO. 1 INVERTER COOLING HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 inverter cooling hose from the motor cooling cooler.

  11. DISCONNECT NO. 5 INVERTER COOLING HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29

  12. DISCONNECT OUTLET MOTOR HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the outlet motor hose from the motor cooling cooler.

  13. DISCONNECT NO. 1 MOTOR COOLING HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 motor cooling hose from the motor cooling cooler.

  14. REMOVE MOTOR COOLING COOLER 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and motor cooling cooler from the No. 1 transmission control cable bracket.
