Installation [11/2023 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 AIRBAG SENSOR
- Check that the ignition switch is off.
- Check that the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.WARNING:
Wait at least 60 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- Engage the claw and install the side No. 2 airbag sensor with the bolt.
Torque: 9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- If the side No. 2 airbag sensor has been dropped, or there are any cracks, dents or other defects in the case or connector, replace it with a new one.
- When installing the side No. 2 airbag sensor, make sure that the wire harness does not interfere with other parts and is not pinched.
- Make sure that the side No. 2 airbag sensor claw is securely inserted into the body hole.
- Connect the connector to the side No. 2 airbag sensor.NOTE:
When connecting any airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

- Check that there is no looseness in the installed parts of the side No. 2 airbag sensor.
- INSTALL LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH

- CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

- INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER

- CONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP
- INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

- INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

- CONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP
- INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE

- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

- INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER (for HV Model)

HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the auxiliary battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
