Disassembly [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR 

    See step  1

  2. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER 

    See step  2

  3. REMOVE VISOR HOUSING 
    1. Using a T10 "TORX" driver, remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and guide as shown in the illustration to remove the visor housing.

      Remove in this Direction
  4. REMOVE LOWER HOUSING 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws.

    2. Disengage the claw and 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the lower housing.

      Remove in this Direction
    3. w/ Wire Harness:
      1. Disconnect each connector.

        *A w/ Panoramic View Monitor System
        *B w/ Foot Light
      2. Disengage the guide to remove the lower housing.
  5. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  6. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a T10 "TORX" driver, remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the outer mirror actuator assembly.

  7. REMOVE SIDE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  8. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Foot light) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  9. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR BOTTOM COVER (w/ Wire Harness) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the outer mirror bottom cover.
