Installation [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL TEMPERATURE SWITCH 
    1. Using SST, install a new temperature switch to the water pipe joint.

      • SST: 09817-33191 

      Torque: 7.4 N.m (75 kgf/cm, 65 in.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not apply any excessive force to the heater pipe when installing the temperature switch.

    2. Connect the temperature switch connector.
  2. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [12/2019 - 11/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [11/2023 - ]
