  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HYBRID CONTROL) 
    1. Check for DTCs.

      Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      P0C30-00 only is output. A
      DTCs except P0C30-00 are output. B
    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

    Result: 

    GO TO DTC CHART (HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM)

  6. CHECK HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU (HYBRID BATTERY CURRENT) 
    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
      NOTE:

      During the inspection, make sure to only turn the ignition switch to ON. Do not turn the ignition switch to ON (READY).

    2. With the ignition switch to ON, monitor Data List item "Hybrid Battery Current" and "Hybrid Battery Current for Hybrid Battery Control" for 1 minute.

      Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Data List 

      Tester Display
      Hybrid Battery Current
      Hybrid Battery Current for Hybrid Battery Control

      Result

    3. Turn the ignition switch off.
