Removal [12/2019 - 10/2022]: Procedure

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [09/2020 - 10/2022]

  3. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2019 - 10/2022]

  4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Open the terminal cap.

    2. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal B.
    3. Disconnect the generator assembly connector.
    4. Disconnect the compressor assembly with magnetic clutch connector.
    5. Disengage the wire harness clamp.
    6. Type A:

      1. Remove the bolt.
    7. Type B:
      1. Remove the nut.

    8. Remove the 2 bolts and generator assembly.

    9. Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket from the generator assembly.

    10. Remove the bolt and No. 1 generator bracket from the generator assembly.
