Removal [10/2022 - 11/2023]: Procedure

  1. DISABLE BRAKE CONTROL (for HV Model) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL 

    See step  1

  3. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID 
    NOTE:

    If brake fluid leaks onto any painted surface, immediately wash it off.

  4. REMOVE FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE 
    1. Remove the union bolt and gasket, and disconnect the front flexible hose from the front disc brake cylinder assembly.

      Remove the bolt and separate the front flexible hose from the front shock absorber assembly.

    3. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the brake line while holding the front flexible hose with a wrench.
      NOTE:
      • Do not kink or damage the brake line.
      • Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake line from the connecting parts.

    4. Remove the clip and front flexible hose from the vehicle body.
