Installation [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Pass the rear No. 2 seat inner belt sub-assembly LH through the rubber band of the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Install the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Protruding Part

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding part of the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

    3. Connect the 2 connectors.
    4. Engage the 3 clamps to install the rear No. 2 seat inner belt sub-assembly LH.
  2. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 67 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 65 [10/2022 - ]

  3. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 68 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 66 [10/2022 - ]

  4. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 69 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 67 [10/2022 - ]

  5. INSTALL NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Woofer) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 70 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 68 [10/2022 - ]

  6. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 71 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 69 [10/2022 - ]
