Installation [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH in the cabin.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH, vehicle body or vehicle interior.

    2. Engage the 2 pins to temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH.
    3. Operate the seat track adjusting handle and move the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH to the rearmost position.
    4. Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH.
    5. Operate the seat track adjusting handle and move the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH to the foremost position.
    6. Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH.
    7. Connect the connector.
    8. Operate the seat track adjusting handle and move the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH to the rearmost position.
    9. Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH.

      HINT: 

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 36.7 N.m (374 kgf/cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

    10. Operate the seat track adjusting handle and move the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH to the foremost position.
    11. Tighten the 3 bolts on the rear side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly LH to install it.

      HINT: 

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 36.7 N.m (374 kgf/cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 47 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 45 [10/2022 - ]

  3. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH 

    See step  3

  4. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH 

    See step  4

  5. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH 

    See step  5

  6. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH (for Gasoline Model) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the front outer seat track bracket cover LH.

  7. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH (for HV Model) 
    1. Engage the 2 guides and claw to install the front inner seat track bracket cover LH as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Install the 3 screws.
  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 

    See step  8

  9. CHECK SEAT HEATER (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to OPERATION CHECK [12/2019 - ]
