Installation [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 
    1. Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install in this Direction
  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY 
    1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Engage the 2 rear seat cushion frame hooks as shown in the illustration to install the rear seat cushion assembly.

      Install in this Direction
      NOTE:

      Confirm that the rear seat cushion assembly is securely installed.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Place the rear seatback assembly LH in the cabin.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Engage the guide.

    3. Temporarily install the rear seatback assembly LH with the 4 bolts.
    4. Tighten the 4 bolts on the rear seatback assembly LH.

      HINT: 

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 36.7 N.m (374 kgf/cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Place the rear seatback assembly RH in the cabin.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Engage the guide.

    3. Temporarily install the rear seatback assembly RH with the 4 bolts.
    4. Tighten the 4 bolts on the rear seatback assembly RH.

      HINT: 

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 36.7 N.m (374 kgf/cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. INSTALL SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  8. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (w/o Woofer) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 66 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 64 [10/2022 - ]

  9. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 67 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 65 [10/2022 - ]

  10. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 68 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 66 [10/2022 - ]

  11. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 69 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 67 [10/2022 - ]

  12. INSTALL NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Woofer) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 70 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 68 [10/2022 - ]

  13. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 71 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 69 [10/2022 - ]
