Reassembly [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL POWER SEAT TILT MOTOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. INSTALL POWER SEAT LIFTER MOTOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. INSTALL REAR UPPER SEAT TRACK COVER 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the rear upper seat track cover as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for both sides.

  4. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the seat track upper rail cover as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for both sides.

  5. INSTALL FRONT LH SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD 
    1. Engage the claw and guide to install the front LH seat lower cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION WIRE HARNESS HOLDER 
    1. Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the front seat cushion wire harness holder.
    3. Install the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 6 hooks to install the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT NO. 2 WIRE LH (for Driver Side) 
    1. Engage the claw to install the front seat No. 2 wire LH.

    2. Engage the clamp and connect the connector.
  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE RH (for Front Passenger Side) 
    1. Connect each connector and engage each clamp to install the front seat wire RH.
  10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE 
    1. Connect each connector and engage each clamp to install the front seat wire.
  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH 
    1. for LH Side:
      1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

      2. Engage the hook.
    2. for RH Side:

  12. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH 
    1. for LH Side:
      1. Engage the 4 claws to install the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  13. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER ASSEMBLY (w/ Climate Control Seat System) 
    1. Engage the hook.

    2. Install the seat cushion climate control blower assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 3.2 N.m (33 kgf/cm, 28 in.lbf) 

    3. Connect the connector and engage the wire harness clamp.

  14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  15. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Engage the 14 claws to install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad.

  16. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (for Front Passenger Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  17. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Engage the 10 hooks to install the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad to the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Engage the clamp.

      2. Connect the connector.
  18. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SEATBACK HOOK 
    1. Install the 2 front No. 2 seatback hooks to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

  19. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 
    1. w/o Lumbar Support:
      1. Install the 2 front No. 2 seatback edge protectors to the front seatback spring sub-assembly.
    2. w/ Lumbar Support:
      1. Install the 2 front No. 2 seatback edge protectors to the lumbar support adjuster assembly.
  20. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lumbar Support) 
    1. w/ Seatback Felt:
      1. Install the seatback felt to the front seatback spring sub-assembly.
    2. Install the front seatback spring sub-assembly to the front seatback frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. Engage the 2 claws to install the 2 front No. 2 seatback edge protectors to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

    1. w/o Lumbar Support:
      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps to install the front seat No. 2 wire.

  22. INSTALL FRONT SEAT NO. 2 WIRE (for Front Passenger Side) 
    1. Connect the connector (D) and engage the 2 clamps (C) to install the front seat No. 2 wire.

    2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:
      1. Engage the clamp (A) and connect the connector (B).
  23. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Lumbar Support) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  24. INSTALL SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER (w/ Climate Control Seat System (w/ Lumbar Support)) 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 hooks and install the seatback climate control blower.

    2. Connect the connector and engage the wire harness clamp.

    1. Engage the 9 claws to install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad.

  28. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Install the separate type front seatback cover with pad.
  29. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 front seat headrest support assemblies.

    2. Install the separate type front seatback assembly to the separate type front seat cushion assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

    3. w/ Seat Heater System:
