Disassembly [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 MICROPHONE CASE 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 microphone cases.

      Disengage the claw and guide to remove the No. 1 microphone case.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR VENT SEAL 
    1. Remove the 2 front door vent seals.

  4. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE SEAL (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 
    1. Remove the inner roof side seal.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Normal Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [10/2022 - 11/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [11/2023 - 11/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [11/2024 - ]

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Moon Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [10/2022 - 11/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [11/2023 - 11/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [11/2024 - ]

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [10/2022 - 11/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [11/2023 - 11/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [11/2024 - ]

  8. REMOVE REAR WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. for Normal Roof:
      1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    2. for Moon Roof:
      1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    3. for Panoramic Moon Roof:
      1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    4. Remove the rear washer hose assembly from the roof headlining assembly.
  9. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  10. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT (except Panoramic Moon Roof) 
    1. Remove the No. 3 roof headlining support.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Normal Roof) 
    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

      Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Turn the 2 visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 45° and remove them from the roof headlining assembly.

      *a 45° - -
      Rotation Direction - -
    3. Disengage each clamp.
    4. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.
  13. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Moon Roof) 
    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

      Adhesive Tape - -
    2. Turn the 2 visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 45° and remove them from the roof headlining assembly.

      Rotation Direction - -
    3. Disengage each clamp.
    4. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.
  14. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Panoramic Moon Roof) 
    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.
